My child has dyslexia(...) I enjoyed the elements of relative historical data woven into the lesson to teach the scientific method and its development. The information was all relevant and on topic which allowed my student to retain the relevant information more quickly. My child will often resist homeschool but was willing to do the unit study without any resistance. We are very eclectic and so the unit study fit in perfectly with our schedule. It was easily attainable and not overwhelming like so many projects we have done. It was a refreshing approach to science.
